1. Do all the plants come in a box?
Our plants travel in style! Most of our plants come stylishly packaged in a box. However, some of the bigger plants do not come in a box but we assure you they’ll still look great when they reach you! Our Gift a Plant service ensures you fun packaging!
2. What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept all major credit/debit cards online and also offer cash on delivery.
3. How long till my plants reach me?
Typically we should be able to deliver your plants within 24 hours. We offer delivery time slots through the day for you to choose from so you can schedule the delivery for a time that is most convenient for you. In the event of a delay in delivery, our Customer Service team will contact you to notify you of the same.
4. How can I check the status of my order?
Once you place a plant order, someone from our team will get in touch with you, confirming your order and scheduling a delivery time. Feel free to call us back (we love to chat) in case you have any questions.
5. How can I amend or cancel an order?
To amend or cancel an order please call our Customer Service team on 011-65141660. Please note that cancellations can only be accepted if received 24 hours before the requested delivery date. Orders placed or cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received by us on the following working day.
6. Do you deliver outside Delhi?
Currently we offer delivery only in Delhi/NCR. But no one understands the need for green like us, so if you REALLY love our plants and absolutely have to have them, call us to see if we can figure something out specially for you!
7. Do you offer same day delivery?
Typically it takes us 24 hours to get your plant order ready. However, if you have a serious plant craving or the need to gift some gorgeous greenery, call us on 011-65141660 and we’ll see if we can make an exception just for you!
8. Why isn’t shipping free?!
We ask the same question! Please understand that we do not make money on shipping but, unlike large companies like Amazon who lose hundreds of millions of dollars annually because of free shipping, we simply aren’t smart enough to figure out how to lose money and stay in business. Currently we hand deliver our plants to your doorstep but, we are continually looking for ways to reduce shipping costs and be as "green" as possible, while still delivering a top quality plant.
9. I know nothing about plants. What do I do?
We know that being a first time plant owner can sometimes be overwhelming, so each plant delivery is accompanied by our Plant Care Guide, an individual and customised cheat-sheet to help you keep your new plant alive and kicking. 10. Where are your plants grown?
Our parent company Project Co. has oodles of experience in landscape design. We’ve got our own nursery and team in Sainik Farm, New Delhi where virtually all our plants are grown and potted FRESH when you place an order!
11. Why does my plant look different from the picture?
Plants just like people come in different shapes and sizes. No two plants are the same so our pictures are just for reference. We like to believe each plant is beautiful in its individuality. Tall plants, small plants, skinny plants, thick plants- we LOVE them all (and hope you will too!)
12. My plant arrived damaged/died soon after receipt.
In the unlikely event that your plant order arrives damaged or dies soon after you receive it - send us pictures immediately and we’ll try to replace it and only charge you for the transport. Though we know you would never do this - a plant that dies due to negligence cannot be replaced, but do invite us to the funeral.
13. You mentioned a ‘Gift a Plant’ service- how does it work?
As design aficionados, we knew from the start that one of our priorities was making sure all our plants come in super cute packaging. But some occasions call for even more. If you’ve got a special occasion or a special someone you’d like to wow - call us for some fun packaging ideas. We’ve got everything from personalised notes, gift add ons and even fun balloons to make your present look super special! (PS. we might have to charge you a little bit extra but we promise it’s worth it!)
14. Can I include a personal message with my order?
Yes, you can include a personal message with every gift you order at Project Plant. Once you have selected the product you would like to order, someone from our team will get in touch with you. Just tell us your special message and we’ll make sure to get it to the lucky recipient.
15. Can I buy just the container/pot?
Of course! This works particularly well if you don’t live in Delhi/NCR. Just call us - we can ship the container/pot to you and even give you a couple of tips on how and what to plant in it!
16. Where do all your pots come from?
We put our shopping problem to good use. Some of them come from our favourite vendors across the country while some of them were treasures of travel. The point is - we have curated a stylish & eclectic mix of planters and garden accessories to make life easier and just a little brighter for you.
17. Can I place a bulk order?
This is our favourite question! Like we mentioned on our website, we do up people's homes, offices and gardens for a living so we’re used to working with larger quantities. Call us on 011-65141660 so we can figure out a special deal for you! Plants also make a great and environment-friendly GIFT for the office! We have plenty of experience with corporate gifting so whether you’re looking to outfit your office or dole out some plants this Diwali, let us help you out.
18. I like a planter but I’d like it to be potted with a different plant. Is this possible?
